ABOUT ME

An MA Counseling Psychology major, I have been in the helping profession for 10 years. Experienced in individual, marital and family/ group counseling, I have a strong background in depression, grief, PTSD, non-chemical addictions, codependency and issues related to raising transnational families. I've worked in the academic, clinical, corporate and community setting, more recently as a counselor/trainer for a non-profit organization that caters to the psycho-spiritual needs of grassroots families. 

Aside from providing writing services, I currently serve as consultant for the Centre for Human Resources Strategies Asia, Inc. and various mental heath-oriented interest groups. 

I've been providing support for the helping profession since March 2008, and have written articles, e-books and training manuals for various niche markets. I am the solo proprietor of Writing Essentials, a small business that provides writing services for all kinds of personal, business and ministry-oriented needs.
